Kannur Trip

We’re on our way back to Hyderabad after about one and half a month. It’s been a wonderful stay, with all of us consequently getting chicken pox. Yes, all of our family members are now over it too, and the only place we have gone out is to the beach, we’re Vicky and Kuttu had enjoyed a lot. That was on the last day of our visit to Kannur. Oh yes, we had also been to Palakkad, and spent a lot of time there. There was everyone, Achu, Ammu, and Meera Chechi. We had started off early, as we had to travel a long way back.

Happy 2021!

Its the first day of the new year, and we're in Bangalore! We came here on the 27th of December, and had been to Pj's place on the 26th. We came by road, and it was a 10-hour journey, also accompanied by Raghu uncle. We stayed at WelcomHotel for three days, and then moved to Raghu uncle's home. Our new year began at Raghu uncle's place. People had been bursting crackers till around 12:30AM. From the hotel, I hadn't watched as many movies as I otherwise do, just one, titled '47 Days'. During our stay in the hotel, we had also gone out to visit Kempegowda museum and Cubbon park. By the time all of this was over, Vicky was very tired and had fallen asleep in the car itself. At Raghu uncle’s place, Vicky also got into the pool for a long time. He was freezing, as the weather was cold, still he insisted to stay in for a longer time. He was in for almost about an hour. We just enjoyed the whole while.

Okka Kshanam

A few of my recent posts had been regarding the movies I saw and topics based on it. This one is going to be quite similar, and it’s about another Telugu film, titled ‘Okka Kshanam’. It’s a science fiction film, based on parallel life concept, and the movie was quite popular in the year of 2017. The most captivating part of the movie was the story, which had a strong base. It was so well explained and shown in a very simple way, without any complications.  As said earlier, it’s based on parallel life concept, and for those who don’t know what it is, it’s an alternate universe to the one we’re living in, and the most popular example of this phenomenon is of Abraham Lincoln and John F Kennedy, where they experience very similar happenings, but years apart. There are many such examples which seem too similar to be true, but is. And here, it’s the story of two couples with the same story, and one of their present, would be the other’s past. It also means that the future of one of the coupl

Organic Farming 🌱

Recently, I had watched a Telugu movie named Bheeshma, starring Nithiin and Rashmika. The reason I started with this topic, is due to the base of it. A lot about about the topic of organic farming has been talked about in the movie, which developed interest in me.  It led me into a lot of other searches regarding the same. I don’t really believe in ‘pure and healthy food’, after movies like Velaikkaran and Aruvam. I know that might sound silly, but these are definitely few of the movies which could change perspectives. The idea of coming up with such films with social messages, is in itself something to be really appreciated.  And that’s why I’ve decided to share a few things I’ve known regarding the topic, ‘Organic farming’. Organic farming system in India is not new and is being followed from ancient time. It is a method of farming system which aims at cultivating the land and raising crops in such a way, as to keep the soil alive and in good health by use of organic wastes (crop,

V - The Movie

‘V’ is a Telugu action-thriller film, starring Nani and Sudheer Babu in lead roles, alongside Aditi Rao and Nivetha Thomas. It has been one of the most anticipated movies to be released on an OTT platform. The speciality of this film is that this would be the first time ‘Natural Star’ Nani would be seen as an antagonist. Sudheer Babu plays the role of a police cop. The storyline is quite interesting, as Nani has been portrayed as a serial killer during the beginning. Each frame of every scene seems so perfect, it will really make you feel that it would have been the best in theatres. The action scenes of the film were so meticulously shot, with the appropriate ‘amount’ of music, I would say. It’s not exactly a revenge story, it’s a crime thriller. It revolves around Vishnu (Nani) having a long lost connection with Aditya’s past (Sudheer Babu). This movie was planned to be released in theatres on 25 March, on the occasion of Ugadi, but due to the pandemic, it was postponed. It has fo

'I'll Walk Alone' is a thriller book written by Mary Higgins Clark, and has recently become one of my favourites and also one of the best booksa I have ever read. It's about a woman named Alexandra Moreland, whose son Matthew was kidnapped from the Central Park at the age of two. Three years later, on Matthew's fifth birthday, photos of Alexandra kidnapping her own child. Her bank accounts have been drained, and she begins to suspect that someone is trying to steal her identity. This one’s definitely a must-read..

Board Results

The class 10 board results were supposed to come out today by 10 AM, but it got delayed, as the site kept on getting crashed. I got my results through an sms. I cannot exactly express how excited or nervous I was to face the results and all the calls I would get. So exactly at 12, I tried to open the site, but some or the other error kept occurring. i got 447/500, and Sakshi got 448/500. PJ got the message a bit late, and she got 446/500. What a coincidence, isn't it? I got a lot of calls today from all our relatives and friends. There was also a surprise party today, which was totally unexpected. Well, surprises are meant to be unexpected.A cake was cut which said "Congrats Paru", along with Dominoes and puffs. I'm not really satisfied with my marks, but whatever's done is done. I should better luck next time!
