We, grade 3 children had an activity called broken bangle activity on 16 th August 2012.   All of us prepared different shapes out of broken bangles.   We made it on a blue card and we had to give it to the teachers on teachers’ day.   I made a flower with plastic bangles.   Liya and Adhifa also made flowers with glass bangles.   Samridhi also used glass bangles but she made a house.   We were made into different groups.   Each group had four members.   All of us together made 21 cards with different designs.     (Typed by my father, as I was tired.  Picture courtsey: www.facebook.com/yenepoyaschool .  )

I am having summer vacation now. I am enjoying my vacation.  We celeberated Vishu during the vacation. Unniappa and Maniappa were scared to burst crackers. S Maniappa was holding Kuttos, so that he does not have to burst crackers. After few days, we went to Vismaya water park. There we saw 4D movie, Car games, with music and without music. When we went to Vismaya hotel to have our lunch, I met Haniya, my friend. After having our lunch, we went to play in the water.  We had a lot of fun in the water. After playing in the water and changing our dress, we went to Giant wheel. It was very high, and from there we could see all the thing in Vismaya. During the vacation, I also went to Jumbo Circus. Now I am in my Dad's office, because my mom has gone to Kasargod Hospital. In my father's office, I read three story books, namely, 'The Monkey and the Dolphin', 'Indra and Shibi', 'Krishna and Shishupala'.  We had purchased these books yesterday from Reliance...

Today I got two new friends.They were big children. When I went down to play, I saw Adi (Aditya) and Akku (Avantika) playing with them. I also joined them to play. They had brought their cycles. One was a boy and the other one a girl. The girl brought a pink cycle and the boy brought an orange cycle.  We all played basket ball using the basket of the cycles. An uncle also played with us. After we finished playing, uncle asked us what our names were and where do we live.  But I forgot to ask their names. Next time when I meet them, I will find out their names. While coming back, I went to Adi's house. They had brought new plants to be kept in their balcony.  I saw a lady's finger in a plant.  Nice it was.

Today when I saw the moon in the night it was orange in colour. It was very bright and  it was looking like the sun. I went to the terrace so that I can see the moon properly. I enjoyed watching the moon from the terrace.

Today I saw many white birds in the field near our school.  After sometime they all flew away. They were flying together high in the sky. It was very nice to see that.All the children of class 2B and 2A were there with me to see the birds.Sharmila miss gave a binocular to see the birds closeby.

Haniya is my best friend in the class.  She shares everything with me.  In the snack area we sit together.  We talk and play a lot with each other. She has straight hair. She speaks hindi at home.

Today was our Annual day.  Our bus came at 11.15. We straight away went to Yendurance Zone auditorium and finished our make up. The programme started at 4'o clock and we performed the dance.  After the dance, when I came out, my father said that the dance was nice. He told the same to Ananya, Husna and Diya too.  After that I pestered my parents that I wanted to go to Husna's house.  After sometime they agreed and I went along with Husna, her sister Rayna and her parents by their car. My parents followed in our car. I enjoyed a lot with Husna and  her sister at their house. Later we left saying goodnight and bye to them.  After that we went to a restaurant and had our dinner. I fully enjoyed the day.

Today we went to Yenepoya University at Derlakate.  We had dance practice in the university hall.  We are practicing for the Annual Day to be held on 21.01.2012. There are ten children in the dance.  We all enjoyed the trip and the dance practice.

Chief Minister had come to Mangalore yesterday for the National Youth Festival.  He came by helicopter. In the evening, after coming back from school, I saw the helicopter in the helipad.  I went near the helipad and saw that. There were two seets in the front and six seats in the back. So nice. I told my father that we all can go in that helicopter.
