My teachers had taken me to a branch of Canara Bank as part of field trip.  I learned a lot of new things about banking from those nice uncles in Canara Bank.  Since then I have been telling my dad to open an account for me also in Canara Bank. Today he took me to the Bank. But not to Canara Bank, but to ICICI Bank, St. Agnes Branch.  He said my mom has got an account in that branch, and therefore we would open an account there. The aunty in the bank filled up account opening form for me and collected my photo and documents. I also gave her Rs 5000 as initial deposit. After sometime she gave me my account number and a cheque book. She said I would get my ATM card and passbook after 5 days. I am so happy that I have a bank account now.

Didn't blog for so long... and I couldn't update about the happiest things in life.. Most importantly, about my cute brother. He was born on 26th June 2014. He was born in the Yenepoya Specialty hospital. I had gone to school that day. When I came back from school, my father told me that I got a brother.I was very happy to know this. We both went to see him. My grandmother was also there. When I saw my brother, I was surprised because he was so small... Now he is three months old. I'm waiting to see when he would grow enough to talk to me and run around..
