The Confession

This is the first time I am writing a summary of a book in my blog. The book is- The Confession, by R.L Stine. It is one of the best books I have ever read. It is filled with suspense, but the story is very interesting. So, the story starts like this-
Al was dead. He was murdered.
That was what was the first page meant. The beginning of the story was about the main character Julie.
Julie and her friends couldn't stand Al. All of them wished he was dead. But that doesn't
mean anyone would kill him. Until someone made a confession. What would Julie do? Keep it a secret, or reveal it to everyone?

This was just a brief introduction of the story. The story goes like this-

Julie was a teenager. She had her own gang of high school students, but her best friends were Hillary and Taylor. In their gang,  they had a friend who's name was Al Fred. He was popularly known as Al. He was loved by everyone, until he joined a gang of hooligans. Julie loved skating. She used to go out for skating everyday with her friends, Hillary and Taylor. One day, she had gone with her friends, but returned alone, as her friends had to leave early. And guess what she saw while returning,- a body; Al's body. She was horrified. He was strangled with a pair of skates. She was seen by two boys. They had thought that Al was killed by her. The next morning, she found police at her house. They had come to question her. She told the the whole truth. Her parents were shocked and concerned for their daughter. They had never thought she would have to see such a horrendous sight. She narrated the story to her friends. A few days later, a member of their gang, named Sandy invited everyone to his house. That was when the truth was revealed, and the truth was- He had killed Al. he couldn't see Al bullying his friends, and that's when he thought he would finish Al forever. He threatened everyone, and wanted them to keep this a secret. In school, he used to act normal, while all  the others were frightened. All of them wondered how he could act so normal. Hillary couldn't take it anymore. She decided to speak to Sandy. She had informed Julie about it. Hillary had been at Sandy's house for a long time. Late in the evening, she called Julie and whispered,"I killed him." The next day, she called everyone to her house and narrated the whole story. It was just an accident. Suddenly, Taylor screamed,"How could you? I was the one who killed Al!" Another twist. Everyone's eyes turned to Taylor. Then, the doorbell rang, and Sandy walked in . Everyone was in complete shock and misunderstanding. There was so much of confusion filled in Hillary's house.
Now that you don't get even more confused, go for the book. It is absolutely amazing and awesome.
